Before we engaged with Carly, our Club didn't have a Membership Loyalty Program in place and we had very basic Member deals, such as discounts and birthday rewards . There were no tiers, no offers, no special rewards and our higher valued members weren't been recognised. Carly has turned our Club around for the better. We have increased Member interactions, new Members, carded turnover and received so many compliments about the benefits in the loyalty program. We now have the tools to extract relevant data, to effectively analyse and implement marketing strategies and report on results.
When Carly was implementing the Loyalty Program she was so patient and understanding right from the get go. She always made herself available whenever we called or emailed and she never let our questions go unanswered. Carly didn’t just implement a new loyalty program with us, she showed us how to collect data properly and how to interact with members about the Loyalty Program.

Carly has taught me EVERYTHING. I’ve learnt the basics in Excel to manipulating data manually ensuring all systems are reporting correctly. I can now pull reports from the POS & gaming systems and integrate the information to create useful reports. Carly has taught me all of this within 4 months- she is an exceptional person!
